I'm a strategy and operations leader with 10+ years of experience building the systems, programs, and infrastructure that allow complex organizations to execute at scale. Across Amazon, Deloitte, Boeing, and Apple Music, I've consistently led global initiatives, managed cross-functional teams, and delivered measurable outcomes across technology, logistics, and entertainment, and in some of the most demanding operating environments in the world.

I hold a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University and an MBA in Finance, Marketing & Entrepreneurship from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern. That combination — engineering discipline, business strategy, and deep industry experience — is the foundation of how I think and how I build.

Field & Form exists to bring that level of operational rigor to founders, creative teams, and growing companies who are building something worthwhile. I specialize in creating the systems, workflows, and infrastructure that allow ambitious organizations to scale without losing momentum or clarity.

For creative industry clients in particular: I'm also a singer-songwriter and actress who has completed national and international tours, self-produced performances, and is currently a mainstage improviser at Upright Citizens Brigade. I've lived inside the creative process. That gives me an instinctive understanding of what kills momentum in a creative environment, and how to design systems that support the work rather than constrain it. That fluency, combined with global operational experience at Amazon Logistics and Amazon Music, is what makes Field & Form genuinely different.
